I had the Guinness pulled beef and it was delicious. Very good size portion and succulent beef.
The baked potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, with a wide variety of tasty fillings.
Tried the tuna mayo jacket potato in Priory Market… super tasty meal that has now become my go to on a weekly occasion.
I had one cheesy beans potato with garlic mayo and crispy onions at Bray. It was so delicious.
Beautiful meal, the portion is very generous and for bacon lovers I recommend the one with pancetta.
I ordered a jacket potato with beef, and it was really tasty—perfectly cooked and very satisfying.

Made with a true Irish heart
IJP was started by Elias and Muller, an Irish-loving couple who wanted to share the taste of Ireland with a modern twist. Today the IJP family has four brands: our potato trailers, Hokey Poké, Nook Coffee and Foxy Bistro in Donnybrook.
We are proudly a queer-owned business. Our kitchens and trailers are a welcoming place for every guest and every member of our team, and you'll find us at Pride as well as at festivals all over the country.
Food is more than a meal. It's a story, a memory and a connection.
